鸡汤面

3 glass bowls filled with chicken broth, 鸡蛋面条, bite-sized pieces of chicken, carrots and 芹菜 garnished with fresh parsley.

  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1汤匙橄榄油
  • 1个洋葱
  • 1根大胡萝卜,切片
  • 1 large stalk of 芹菜, sliced
  • 6杯鸡汤
  • 2杯水
  • 半杯鸡蛋面
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
使用方法:
  1. 在一个大锅里, heat olive oil over medium heat before adding onion, 芹菜, 把胡萝卜变成油, cooking until vegetables (8 to 10 minutes). Add chicken broth and water stirring to combine. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cover. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add 鸡蛋面条 and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add shredded chicken and cook until chicken is warmed through, about 5 minutes—season with salt and pepper to taste.
